Events Terms and Conditions

Mary Banks Ministries (MBM) is a Christian organization of apostolic foundation that preaches and teaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The teachings of this ministry through its apostles and ministers are designed to offer or suggest an alternative through the Word of God.  Any lifestyle changes, acts or omissions are those of the attendee and his/her individual relationship with God.  Attendees are free to discontinue participation and to accept or not to accept the teachings at freewill.

I understand and agree that MBM reserves the right to change or cancel any event being offered at anytime before the start date of the event.  Attendees will be offered suitable alternatives determined by the ministry if any such change is made.  Refunds will not be made due to any such changes. I have completed this application in its entirety.

I agree to not hold Mary Banks Ministries or any of its subsidiaries responsible for any damage to my person or property while in attendance at any event held by the ministry.

I do hereby consent and agree that Bible Teachers International, Ft Lauderdale Inc. and Mary Banks Ministries Inc., its employees or agents have the right to photograph or record video of me (and/or my property) and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and for any purposes whatsoever. 
 
I do hereby release to Bible Teachers International, Ft Lauderdale Inc. and Mary Banks Ministries Inc, its employees and agents all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately.  I wave any rights, claims or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in the photographs and/or video recording and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration of me. 

I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understood the foregoing statements and am competent to execute this agreement.
